Hi everyone,
I just wanted to check in with how my morning walks are going. Well, seems mornings about 5-6:30am are dry during this wet spring. I walk about 45 minutes to an hour at a good clip. I am feeling energized throughout the day and sleeping better at night...sometimes even more than my usual 4 hour sleep segments for those of you who know me this is a big deal. Also continuing to do my floor exercises. Low key but seems to be working for me. I'd love to hear about what you all are doing to keep healthy. Keep
